Common questions
The scale won't connect
Turn Bluetooth on, allow Vectr to use Bluetooth in your phone's Settings, stand on the scale to wake it, and keep your phone close.
My readings jumped
Body composition changes with water, food and exercise. For the most consistent results, scan at the same time of day, barefoot, before eating.
Sleep is missing
Apple Health can take a few hours to receive sleep from your watch. Vectr shows the last night it has and updates when the new night arrives.
Cancel Vectr Plus
On your iPhone go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Redeem a code
In the app go to Me, then Vectr Plus, then Redeem a code.
Delete my data
In the app go to Me, Account, Delete account and data. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your phone.

Vectr is for general wellness and fitness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Do not use the body composition scan if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device. If you are pregnant, ask your doctor before using it.
