These terms set out the rules for using vectrmedical.com.au and buying from us. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About us. This website is operated by Vectr Medical Pty Ltd (ABN 46 701 845 543), 35/38 Kendor Street, Arundel QLD 4214, Australia. Phone 1300 723 900, email joe@novabiomedical.com.au.

2. Use of website. This website is intended for Australian customers buying medical devices and health equipment for personal, clinical or business use. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

3. Medical device disclaimer. Therapeutic goods sold on this website are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods where required. Some products, including oxygen concentrators and CPAP machines, are intended for use under medical supervision or prescription. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your needs.

4. Product information. We make every effort to keep descriptions, specifications and prices accurate, and may correct errors without notice. Images are indicative only.

5. Pricing and payment. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Some medical aids are GST free under Australian tax law. Payment is required in full before dispatch. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Shipping. We ship Australia wide. Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. See our shipping policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds. Change of mind returns are accepted on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. The Unique CF661 and CF669 scales have a 14 day home trial, subject to conditions. Faulty products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. See our returns policy for details.

8. Warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply and vary by product. They are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or refunding the purchase price.

10. Intellectual property. Website content belongs to Vectr Medical Pty Ltd or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Privacy. We handle personal information under our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
