Refund policy

General returns. Vectr Medical accepts change of mind returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened medical devices cannot be returned for change of mind for hygiene and safety reasons, except as stated below.

14 day home trial on body composition scales. The Unique CF661 and CF669 body composition scales can be tried at home and returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, even if opened and used, on these conditions:

• The scale is returned in its original packaging with all parts and accessories included
• The scale is in like new condition, with no damage, scratches or marks
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery to start the return
• Return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost in transit

Once we receive and check the scale, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. The home trial is limited to one return per customer.

Faulty products. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we'll cover the return postage.

How to start a return. Email joe@novabiomedical.com.au or call 1300 723 900 with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.
