Oxygen Regulators
Medical oxygen regulators connect to cylinder valves and reduce high cylinder pressure to a safe, usable working pressure for patient delivery. We stock:
- Gentec 286 — Piston design, 3000 psi maximum inlet, 1.5-inch UL-listed gauge. Rugged for ambulance and field use.
- Gentec 197M — Adjustable yoke, self-sealing outlet, for clinical ward settings.
- Gentec 286MB multiflow — 12 click-stop flow settings, 0–15 or 0–25 L/min options.
- Comweld Series-O — Premium clinical regulator with Encapsulated Seat Technology (EST) for surge resistance and triple-filter system.
- Yuwell 1010 — Budget click-stop regulator for cylinder oxygen.
Oxygen Flowmeters
Medical flowmeters attach to wall-mounted pipeline outlets or regulator outputs and control the precise flow of oxygen or air to the patient. We stock:
- Gentec FM197 — Back-pressure-compensated oxygen flowmeter, 0–15 LPM, polycarbonate hood, CE-listed.
- Gentec FM197BS SIS — Australian SIS-fitting standard for wall-mounted oxygen outlets.
- Gentec FM187 — Medical air flowmeter, 0–15 LPM.
- Comweld Ezi-Flow — Pressure-compensated oxygen and air flowmeters, ±5% accuracy.
Medical Air vs Medical Oxygen Equipment
Medical oxygen and medical air equipment are not interchangeable. Regulators, flowmeters, and fittings are gas-specific — preventing dangerous cross-connection. Always specify which gas you need when ordering, and never substitute oxygen equipment on a medical air supply or vice versa.
