7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Medical devices that have been opened and used cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons due to hygiene and safety regulations. 8. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to all products sold by Vectr Medical. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Vectr Medical's liability for any claim arising from the use of products purchased through this website is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
