Welcome to Vectr Medical. These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the Vectr Medical website at vectrmedical.com.au and buying from us. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

This website is operated by Vectr Medical Pty Ltd (ABN 46 701 845 543), a Queensland based medical equipment supplier. Our business address is 35/38 Kendor Street, Arundel QLD 4214, Australia.

2. Use of Website

This website is intended for Australian customers purchasing medical devices and health equipment for personal, clinical, or business use. You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

3. Medical Device Disclaimer

Therapeutic goods sold on this website are included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods where required. Some products, including oxygen concentrators and CPAP machines, are intended for use under medical supervision or prescription. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your individual needs.

4. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice. Images are indicative only and may differ slightly from the physical product.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Some medical aids are GST free under Australian tax law. Payment is required in full before dispatch. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship Australia wide. Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $100 and free on orders of $100 or more. Estimated delivery times are a guide only. See our shipping policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

Change of mind returns are accepted on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Our Unique CF661 and CF669 body composition scales come with a 14 day home trial and can be returned within 14 days even if opened, subject to conditions. Faulty products are covered by the Australian Consumer Law. See our returns policy for full details.

8. Warranty

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from products purchased through this website is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent product, or refunding the purchase price.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, belongs to Vectr Medical Pty Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
