The HeartSine Samaritan 360P is a fully automatic defibrillator (AED) designed to remove decision pressure from the rescuer. Once the electrodes are placed, the unit analyses heart rhythm and delivers the shock automatically when needed — no button press required. It's the right choice for workplaces and public spaces where rescuers may have minimal or no training.

    Key Features

    • Fully automatic operation — delivers shock automatically when a shockable rhythm is detected, eliminating user hesitation.
    • Real-time voice and visual prompts guide users through every step of the rescue.
    • Lightweight at 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs) — same compact form factor as the 350P.
    • IP56-rated rugged build — dust- and moisture-resistant for harsh environments.
    • Pad-Pak™ cartridge integrates battery and electrodes with a 4-year shelf life from manufacture.
    • Self-monitoring system performs weekly self-checks; readiness indicator visible at a glance.
    • Up to 60 shock cycles or 6 hours of continuous monitoring per Pad-Pak.
    • Meets AHA / ARC / ERC international resuscitation guidelines.

    Who it's for

Workplaces, schools, sports clubs, retail and hospitality venues, and homes where rescuers may have no formal AED training. The fully automatic design removes the moment of hesitation that costs lives during sudden cardiac arrest. If your designated first-aiders are trained and want manual control over shock delivery, the HeartSine 350P (semi-automatic) is a slightly cheaper alternative.

    • Adult Pad-Pak™ (electrodes + battery, 4-year shelf life)

    Frequently Asked Questions

How does fully automatic differ from semi-automatic?
A fully automatic AED delivers the shock by itself once it detects a shockable rhythm — no button press. A semi-automatic unit requires the rescuer to press the shock button when prompted. Fully automatic is generally recommended where rescuers may freeze or hesitate.

How long does the Pad-Pak last?
4 years from manufacture date, or until used in a rescue. Replace immediately after deployment regardless of remaining time.

    Can children use this AED?
Yes, on adults and children over 8 years (or 25 kg) with the standard Adult Pad-Pak. For children under 8, fit the separate Paediatric Pad-Pak (sold separately) before deployment.
